A candidate who would be of interest would include the following:

* Excellent spoken and written English.

* Fluency in Arabic or German are a definite plus.

* A strong interest in cycling and bicycles. Mechanical knowledge is a plus. Regardless of your postion, you must ride.

* Ability to communicate ideas in a simplified manner to others lacking in an equivalent level of knowledge on your subject.
